No offer or guarantee
Content on the Site, including descriptions of services, channels, and performance figures, is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, and performance figures describe our own operations and are not a promise of results for any partner. Examples on the Site, including mock-up marketplace listings, reviews, rankings and dashboards, are invented for illustration and are not a promise of results. Partnership terms are established only through a separate signed agreement.
Booking a call
You can book a call with us through the scheduling calendar on the Site, which is provided by Calendly. Bookings are subject to Calendly's own terms and privacy policy, and our Privacy Policy explains how we use the details you give. Booking or holding a call is an introductory conversation only and does not create a partnership, purchase commitment, or any other obligation for you or for us. We may need to reschedule or cancel a call and will let you know if we do.
Information you send us
When you submit the partner application, book a call, or upload a file, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. You keep ownership of what you send. You allow us to use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information that you would not want us to review before a separate agreement, such as a nondisclosure agreement, is in place.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to QuickSend Fulfillment LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Best Buy, Target, Mercado Libre, and other third-party marks referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. QuickSend Fulfillment LLC is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. The marketplace pages and dashboards shown on the Site are mock-ups we made to illustrate our work; the products, reviews, ratings and sales in them are invented.
Third-party links and services
The Site may reference, link to, or embed third-party marketplaces, tools, or services, such as the Calendly booking calendar. Those services are run by their providers under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickSend Fulfillment LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Indemnification
