QuickSend Fulfillment LLC ("QuickSend," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What information we collect
- Information you provide. When you submit the partner application or email us, we collect your name, work email address, and brand or company name and, if you provide them, the type of partner you are, your website or store URL, where you sell today, your approximate monthly marketplace volume, your message, and any catalog, line sheet, price list, or other file you upload. If you book a call, the booking calendar on our pages is provided by Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there (your name, email address, phone number, the time you pick, and any notes) under its own privacy policy and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
- Automatically collected data. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site. We hold your IP address in server memory for up to 24 hours to limit repeated form submissions and file uploads, and we do not store it with your application.

Why we collect it
- To review and evaluate partnership opportunities and to respond to your inquiry.
- To schedule and hold the call you book, and to contact you about it.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to operate this site and handle your inquiry:
- Vercel hosts this website and processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure it.
- Supabase stores partner applications and any file you upload, in a private database and storage bucket.
- Resend delivers the email that notifies our team of your application, including a link to any file you uploaded that expires after 7 days.
- Our email provider stores the notification emails we receive and any email you send us.
- Calendly provides the booking calendar that opens when you choose "Book a call", and sends the meeting confirmation.
- Zoom hosts the call if you choose a video meeting.
- AI service providers power the AI workflows we use to sort and answer messages and to analyze sales, pricing and inventory data. Information you send us may be processed by these tools, only for the purposes described in this policy.
- Google Fonts receives your IP address when your browser loads the site's fonts.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Where we process it
We and the service providers above process and store your information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and handled there. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and keeping the site secure, and on taking steps you ask for before entering into an agreement with you.
Cookie Notice
Our own pages do not set cookies or use similar technologies such as local storage, analytics, or tracking pixels.
Booking calendar. When you choose "Book a call", a Calendly booking calendar opens in a window on our page. It is not loaded until you open it, so nothing from Calendly reaches visitors who never do. Once it loads, Calendly may set or read its own cookies inside that window, for example to make the calendar work, remember your time zone, keep it secure, or measure how its service is used, as described in Calendly's privacy notice (opens in a new tab). We do not receive or control those cookies. Your browser may block them, and you can still book by email or by opening the calendar in a new tab.
If we add our own non-essential cookies or analytics, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Do Not Track. We do not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, so we treat all visitors the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To make a request, email us at the address below with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask for information to verify your identity, you may use an authorized agent, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any right. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days.
How long we keep it
We keep partner application and inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate the opportunity and, where a partnership proceeds, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required for legal, tax, or record-keeping purposes. If we do not move forward, we retain the inquiry for a limited period, typically up to 24 months, so we can reconsider future opportunities, and then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see "Your rights" above and "How to contact us about your data" below). We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes.
